Dr. D Prabhakar

Dr. Prabhakar, a highly esteemed and accomplished cardiologist, has a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of cardiology. Dr. Prabhakar graduated with an MBBS degree from Madras Medical College, Chennai, in 1989. Following this, they completed their MD in General Medicine at Pondicherry University in 1993, and subsequently achieved a DM in Cardiology from Madras Medical College in 1998. With a strong commitment to advancing their knowledge and skills, they have become a fellow of both the American College of Cardiology in 2018 and the Indian Society of Hypertension in 2019.Throughout their career, Dr. Prabhakar has been dedicated to the field of cardiology, serving as an Assistant Professor in Cardiology at Madras Medical College from 1998 to 2002.
