Job description

Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.

  • Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
  • Influences customers to buy or retain products or services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
  • Coordinating with different external and internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate/convince customers to onboard. Satisfactorily respond and give answers to the people calling in. 
  • Book appointments of the doctors on the portal. 
  • Call back to the patients in case of rescheduling of appointments. 
  • Give exact information about the various facilities in the hospital.
  • Handle day-to-day operational activities and tasks, including Administrative/Accounting etc. Client visits face to face
  • Creating detailed customer care protocol to be followed by all customer care staff
  • Analyzing customer data and communication to adjust customer care strategy
  • Training customer care staff on customer service protocol
  • Building relationships with customer care team members to maximize team productivity
  • Monitoring customer and staff interactions using client relationship management software
