Position Overview: The Nanny/Baby Care Specialist will be responsible for the daily care and development of children in a safe and nurturing environment. This role requires a loving, patient, and responsible individual with a genuine passion for working with children. The ideal candidate will have experience in child care, a deep understanding of child development, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and high-quality care for infants and/or young children.
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized living and play area.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as diapering, bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
• Follow household routines and schedules as directed by the parents/guardians.
• Transport children to and from activities, appointments, and school as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to child care (e.g., laundry, cleaning up after meals, organizing toys).
