Job description
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.
- Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influences customers to buy or retain products or services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Coordinating with different external and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate/convince customers to onboard. Satisfactorily respond and give answers to the people calling in.
- Book appointments of the doctors on the portal.
- Call back to the patients in case of rescheduling of appointments.
- Give exact information about the various facilities in the hospital.
- Handle day-to-day operational activities and tasks, including Administrative/Accounting etc. Client visits face to face
- Creating detailed customer care protocol to be followed by all customer care staff
- Analyzing customer data and communication to adjust customer care strategy
- Training customer care staff on customer service protocol
- Building relationships with customer care team members to maximize team productivity
- Monitoring customer and staff interactions using client relationship management software
