What are the different COVID test methods?

Below are the TTD Tirumala Covid-19 rules and regulations to be followed by the pilgrims to have a safe and trouble-free darshan.

  • The pilgrims should be vaccinated with two doses of any Covid-19 vaccine. Pilgrims with one dose of vaccination are not allowed entry. They have to present a complete Covid-19 vaccination certificate at the time of booking or darshan.
  • For unvaccinated people negative RT-PCR test report acquired within 72 hours from the darshan date is mandatory.
  • Pilgrims with fever, cough, cold, or any Covid-19 symptoms are not permitted to enter the temple.

  • Devotees above 60 years of age and children below 10 years are not allowed entry.

  • The TTD authorities will release 8000 free darshan or Sarva darshan tickets every day on the TTD website.
  • Pilgrims have to book Rs. 300 special darshan or Sarva darshan tickets online to visit Lord Venkateshwara temple.
  • Those devotees not having online ticket booking are restricted for darshan.
  • Devotees are requested to visit the Tirumala temple only when it is necessary and take care of themselves during their stay in Tirumala due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
